Redstone needs a lot more things. More cool redstone stuff :C

Infact, we need a Time Sensor. Instead of Daylight, you state the time(s) that it will send a signal and at what strength

The hopper should also be orientable so you can put it on it's side and have items go into it that way (good for auto farms or such)

Can grass grow underground?

I'm playing on the Xbox version currently (I have both) and I made a large chamber underground for farming, and have a few trees. However no grass is growing down there. I even tried making a few skylights to help. Is it possible at that level without completely removing the ceiling?

Grass only grows on dirt if there is a grass block adjacent to the dirt block. If you make a staircase of dirt into the underground room that touches grass on the surface eventually the grass will make it way down the staircase and into the room.

1: cubehamster's video showed a ton of problems with blocks of redstone, and now I'm sad.
2: I think he still means in the Xbox version.

and is silk touch not in the xbox edition? I keep forgetting exactly how far back in the stone age it is

I don't follow the other versions of the game to know this stuff. It came out December 19th, so he should have access to silk touch.

cubehamster pointed out redstone blocks on top of sticky pistons can never retract because of the two block away bugs. I accidentally found this while trying to rig up a compact system. That sucked ASS...

i made something similar to this except it put the eggs into a dispenser which would fire them into a holding cell rigged with a crusher that you could activate when the chickens in the cell were old enough to kill.

yeah using chickens as food is way better since, as far as i know, eggs can only be used for cake and annoying your friends
