to be fair, it can't really detect what's fuel and what's not without actually attempting to refuel it, and a designated slot for fuel sort of goes against the "freedom" of dan200's programming style (from what i remember)

i did a test and had two of these factories going off at the same time, the turtle produced slightly more, but even if it didn't it's still way cheaper haha

screw freedom, I don't want to manually fuel my turtle 1 unit at a time

i'm positive you could either make your own program for it, or just grab one from the programs section of the CC forums.

or maybe just edit the default excavate -- i did that to make it so that it'd  go down to the bottom so it wouldn't traverse entire rows when i wanted to restart the process.
