Recently I figured out you could cure zombie villagers, so I set up a trap for the zombies where I could capture and cure them.

Since then the population of my village went from 11 to 28. I need to expand it and I'm building an expansion, anyone creative wanna help me build another district for my city?

Redpower 2 wires use wool, while Industrialcraft wires use rubber (except for the fiber optic cables).
They should both be in Tekkit.
I don't know if Redpower electricity's really electricity, since they refer to it as blutricity.
