Here you go.

• Open Java process
• search exact value of amount of blocks you have in your hand(it doesn't have to be in your hand always, but it's easier this way).
• First scan
• Press q to throw one of the blocks(or pick up one that's one the ground, or place one of them[though that's time-consuming])
• Put the new amount in the box
• Next scan
• Repeat the previous 3 steps until you get one value.
• Double click on the value to make it save to the bottom panel
• Change the value(double click the #) to something
• You can freeze it to a value over 65 if you would like to duplicate it

You can do that also with your health. Each heart is equal to 2, so if you have full health, it's 20(10 hearts, but each can be split up into two's).

Throw the blocks(don't place them) by using Q and then use your flint/stone to light it on fire.
