SNES is 16 bit and it wouldn't crash from minecraft, you just couldn't port it easily. You would need to write a 3d renderer for it and there is no Java runtime environment for SNES so you would need to rewrite the game from scratch. Probably not impossible but it would be the most impressive homebrew game ever made., possibly even the most ambitious SNES game ever made.
Kike made what seemed like a pretty straightforward post to me- he was just saying it was a sandbox game done in a retro game style. He obviously didn't mean it was a side scrolling physics puzzle level editor game on the SNES.
