Lamacraft keeps making my server end when it starts after update, this happening to anyone else?

It's quantum superposition! The door exists in both an open and a closed state, because someone opened it and the rebound from the wall may or may not have caused it to swing shut. Since statistically it could be either, it is now both! Science!

We got an underground settlement going then i found a pet spider that followed me everywhere. I named it Gary. We went everywhere togethor. I built him a home underground where he likes it. I fed him and loved him. We enjoyed friendship in life and I loved him dearly. The years we spent togethor as best buds, and the times where we helped eachother. We were the best of friends. And then the server closed. FFFFFF-

GARY I MISS YOU <3 I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN SOON.

I am trying to get my server up but it fails to bind ports, I am forwarding them right and I turned off all firewalls even windows firewall so I am guessing there is something from my actual internet provider blocking ports. So I cannot host ):

If it can't bind ports that means that a program already running is trying to use that port.

Use a different port that you know isn't in use already.
