What do you expect a admin to do when you steal from the Bank, National Treasury, Local Houses, and other places. Especially with no PvP damage. The only sort of applicable punishment is a ban.

Bread is easy to get as long as you get a bucket and a wooden hoe.
Now the cacti,the cacti has some worth and oasis can just replace it with his abused admin abilities
