Depends on traffic, assuming there is none 20-30 minutes, but normally an hour due to traffic.

Damn thing made it look small to hide stuffty quality, should've used paint .net, but I rushed like and idiot.

I need a good, free, legal screen cap program, and thats pretty hard to find.
