You must zip your world (not rar, it MUST be zip) and upload it.

Zip the contents of you World# folder, not the folder itself. Like this:



It can take a while, depending on the size of your save. My zip was 28MB, so it took like 3 hours.

The link to the image will be like http://play.gbyte.dk/map/davemcworld1/, only "davemcworld1" will be replaced with what you named it. I'm telling you this cause it doesn't supply you with the link when it's done for some reason.
