I hate the first night.
Currently in a small hole with a skeleton outside the door, and no pickaxe and  only a raw porksteak for food. Oh and I only have 2 hearts left from trying to kill the skeleton.

You did it wrong.

After the first day you should have an okay hole house/shack, torches, a full set of stone tools, and perhaps a bed.

At least that is how it normally plays out for me. :o

Zombie Craft 1.4 is out. It includes another map, and the zombies don't just wander around all the time. If you open another door, they will come to you.

So far the story of my challenge map is that you are a soldier who has been shot, and you woke up with amnesia during a time of trench warfare. You have to find out what's going on and where everybody went. There will be caves in trenches, many puzzles, and I plan for it to take a couple of days.
