I think you can do e-check or whatever.

Whatever you do, do not buy one of those pre-paid Visa/American Express debit cards that you can easily buy in stores.  They do NOT work with Minecraft and Paypal will charge you $1 for trying.

As I explained to someone else recently, you will have to pay again when it gets stable, unless you bought it in Alpha.
