Its a newish map

I cheated to make the city, but I'm not going to anymore.
The larger area you see in the front of the picture is the free area. Anyone can come in and build a house or shop, but you can't dig and your building can be no larger than 10 high x 10 wide x 10 long.
The area behind that is going to have roads, a castle that I will live in, and expensive lots. The only advantage is you can dig underneath your lot all the way to bedrock, and the size of the houses can be larger.

I'm shutting the server down but I'll post tomorrow when its up.
