I can't add stuff to the minecraft.jar because it says it's open in another process,but minecraft isn't open.

The minecraft java process is still running, you can close it through the task manager look for like javaw.exe and close it.

I fixed the floor, and my roof was luckily high enough to avoid the blast.

I lost around 30+ iron, and my farm is forgeted over because when I tried to run away from the zombies flooding into my house, I ran into another two creepers
