I just found a bug.
I was playing my world, when suddenly my Minecraft crashed, first displaying a messed up 'Saving Chunks' message, then crashing. Now I open it back up, and it won't open up.

Edit: The Saving Chunks message when crashing.

Same thing happening to me. I think it has to do with the inventory. Every time I crashed, I was in my inventory or trying to use a furnace. I guess I'll just reinstall the 1.8 jar file and see if it will work.

I was using the furnace as well. Possibly something with the lighting? I'll grab a screenie of the distorted 'Saving Chunks' message if it crashes again.
