Just play on Fast Graphics, Tiny Render Distance and Smooth Rendering off, I get around 23FPS.

Honestly, I don't understand what Optifine does and how it can help. I'm not saying it doesn't, I just don't understand it.

Not only that but it heavily optimizes the game.  I set the Optifine settings so that the game's quality was actually a bit better, and the game ran a lot faster, even with a stuff ton of mods (Aether, mAtmos, their APIs, etc.)

Same.  But with Optifine, it goes up to like 200-350.

Not to mention it also has a double view distance mode too

You must have a good computer then because my one is crap.

Plus i be hoping to get a 3D accelerator sometime.
