Also, now that we have oceans they really need to implement something like the coral reef mod, and deep sea diving.

there was one, but i believe it needs to be upgraded. there was both coral reef and scuba diving. i think one of it's requirements was broken as well.

A simple solution would be that Endermen could only pick up weak blocks, like Wool, Sand, Dirt, etc etc.
Forcing the player to actually make a house. I think the chunk thing is good too.

But with if you use wool as the wall of your house, so that you can have a painted house.
The ability to dye wood should be added.

It would be cool if Endermen were programmed to make certain structures so after a long period of time something would be built (i.e. castle, village, etc)
