Has anyone noticed now that water can leak through blocks in the form of droplet particles?

lol my friend billy tried to do commands without slashes to get creative mode while we were in survival, he thought they were disabled and I went with it and said yes so he couldn't cheat

he severely blows at minecraft

I have to deal with people that think glowstone sets stuff on fire, can't detect a twin barrel TNT cannon I made in a hill [Midair explosion, no damage] and don't recognize a cannon when they see it.
They also flip out and we their pants as the sight of anything that isn't a sheep, pig, cow or chicken.

That's pretty creative.

Also they have no idea where stuff that isnt stone, dirt or wood comes from.
One thought there was no such thing as coal, and only charcoal existed.
