It's the skybox for The End, which gets darkened by the lighting.

Sky Glass (Pre3 airPortalFrame) as decoration. It replaces Sponges for now, since Sponges are least used. It melts snow like any lit object. It creates light. It can also be crafted. I did not make this, but someone I know did for me. I thank him.
