So you're walking over lava with a bucket, but this bucket does not contain water.

I used it for a water elevator. :C

Why would anyone ever place blocks diagonally across lava to cross it? And you were dropping resources willy-nilly into lava instead of putting stuff under it to catch. If that happens to you a lot, I feel sorry for you not learning from such an easy to fix mistake.

;~; It was useful for testing certain things, like discovering that for some odd reason shearing leaves and vines is specifically disabled in Creative Mode. Seems a little out of the way to disable that. I mean, wouldn't it work by default and he'd have to consciously disable it? Seems pointless to do that, what if the person wanted to do it for someone else without going through the inventory or something?

You can be in a creative world and have your game mode set to survival.  Look at [vanilla] multiplayer operators. They are just the other way around.

basicly; you made a stupid mistake and claimed it happens to all minecrafters. i dont do that. i always have a bucket of water on me, if possible, and i make paths(if theyre going diagonal) two wide

I think I may have just sent a rather lengthy formal email to Tobias Mollstam about the future of Mojang and the translation project. I wonder what will happen. If I live in a dream world, the planets are aligned and hell freezes over something really crazy might have a small change of happening. I might actually assist Mojang in creating something cool. Probably not because this is the real world.

You do not need a lengthy formal email to ask for a new splash. I was suggesting that I would help them in developing an online translation software for Minecraft and all their other future games. If all goes rosy stuff will be so cash, literally.

It's not really even freelancing, more like me shoving profitable ideas to them. This is all quite unofficial stuff. Nothing has happened yet, I will be discussing the matter tomorrow with Jens. But it's still pretty cool. Emailing with Jens. Awesome.
