It's an iron handle. Because it's iron instead of wood, this would explain the doubled durability.

In order to craft the silver sword, it would take two silver ingots and one iron ingot?

It's a sword that does double damage to zombies and skeletons regardless of enchantments, and a pickaxe that is between iron and diamond, mines almost as fast as diamond and is your ticket to mining exp

The only thing silver can mine that diamond cannot is Expergite and that's because silver is magical like redstone or something

I figured out a way to make Expergite not so expensive, but not so overpowered. After smelted, expergite has to be crafted with a water bucket to be used. Then you drink it and it gives you +5 levels.

Gem Scepter


Basically the Gem Scepter will be the same color of the gem you crafted it with. It's pretty much a gold sword that is enchanted really good and I guess a wizard sword.

It should OUTPUT a bottle o' enchanting, and since you need to get enough materials for a drill, get to bedrock, get rid of the bedrock for the drill, tunnel through stone that takes longer to get too, get a new ore, smelt the ore, make a pickaxe, find another new ore, and then smelt it, you should be able to make three at once for all of that work.

I was trying out using detectors rails and dispensers in 12w15a to make minecarts spawning minecarts. Turns out, it causes a nasty crash. I'm assuming right now that it has to do with a bunch of minecarts bunching up on the tracks spawning another right on top of themselves.

The above save is fine in 1.2.5, but if you load it into 12w15a, you'll have a strange crash almost the instant the world loads. Minecarts bugging. D:
