"We finally get a texture pack!" To me, that doesn't seem like something to gloat about. Just me personally, I don't see the point in client-side changing the look of a game. Especially with texture packs you need mods to use, since then you become dependent both on the texture pack and mod makers to update their content. It seems like more trouble than it's worth to see the game differently than others, and when people point out things you might not see them the same way.

Just how I feel about Texture Packs. Seems like more trouble than it's worth to see things differently than others and potentially have some confusion due to the change in look.

How does this relate to Minecraft, you ask? I was thinking to myself "Why do I want to hear this?" Then it hit me. Bashur JUST released an update on the progress of Legend of Hobo Episode 6. He calls his fans GOONIES, I believe because he loves the movie. He planted that movie in my brain through his Minecraft Machinima Update.

I always find crazy caves, it's an obsession of mine.
For example, in a survival with the seed "Conspiracy Churns" I located a nice place to make my home and started making it. However, I had no glass, and I was stuck in something like a never-ending forest biome with no sand. I set out straight in one of the cardinal directions and found a 2x2 hole in the ground.
It, of course, lead to the largest cave system I have ever found, and I didn't die once exploring it for about 2 hours.

I can't find a decent hunger games server.
They always have stuffty admins or no worldprotect to protect the pods or they go crazy with throwing stuff at the weaker players.

i only did 1 hunger games mc and it was very fun. I'd love to do another one that has a nice build, enclosed arena, and some nice dynamics and not too many mods.
