the stone is a lot better now, but make the coal's texture match it

Made snow.

Should I make a topic for my texturepack so I don't spam up this one?

I planned on doing this after I finish the trees.

You should try to not have grass showing with the snow imo

will i be able to run Minecraft on Fancy graphics and stuff if i allocate more memory or will that just make it so it will take longer for Minecraft to run out of memory?

If you run out of memory, then don't run on high settings.

i dont use high settings
OpenGL on, Fast settings, Power Saver setting (Max FPS is not fast for me or any of my friends that have bad computers), Rendering distance usually on Normal or Short (i use Far when i'm looking around for buildings in SMP servers) and Smooth Shading off

Use Max FPS always. The other settings are designed for laptops trying to conserve battery.

not the point. the question initially was whether or not allocating memory does exactly what it sounds like- only add more memory.

If your computer has more memory, you need to allocate more.

you arent being clear with me at all. you arent telling me why i should do that. what does it do? will adding more memory let me run on higher settings with less lag?

The more memory it uses, the more memory is being used.

>Tiny draw distance
>Fast graphics
>Minimal particles
>I can finally play relatively smoothly

forget my computer.

At least you're more manly for playing the game without being able to see stuff.

a skeleton was about to shoot me
then a pig jumps off of a hill and blocks the arrow from hitting me
