that would be a really cool way to do it..... if mojang didn't put everything in their little change log so everyone with a youtube account and fraps can make a video about it. The snapshots are nice, don't get me wrong, but if they want to be like "you find out through a painting, mysterious!" then they can't just let everyone know about it before the actual release.

IMO finding out through a special painting and having that crazy boss spawn on you when you don't expect it, then going back to fight it in mega gear is a lot cooler than just finding out through a video or a change log and then having it instantly bound to your memory.

hmm, you have a point. there's only one way to fix this, we need to shut down youtube.

I miss how, even with proof, you couldn't be sure what you read was true in a game. And even if you DID find it, you weren't sure it was caused by what was said. There might be other causes, undiscovered versions, etc.

Do not do the above in the NBT for a Superflat world in 12w36a unless your computer has already written it's own will.

And stuff used to just happen because people did things without knowing the results of their actions.

So what they basically did was add Skeletons to the mob list for The Nether, but make it so most of the time it will have a Wither Skeleton. This also effects Spider Jockeys - if you spawn a Spider and it wants to have a Jockey, it is likely to spawn with a Wither Skeleton instead. Weird thing is, after spawning like 100+ spiders, I got a regular Jockey first. Then I got a Wither Skeleton Spider Jockey.
