Chest Minecarts could have items taken out of them. (By Machine)
Chest Minecarts could place somehow take the chest and out and be placed. (All items inside stay inside)

technic ssp always had it, because 1.2.5 didn't have smp version of mystcraft. less choice, more of a matter of version issues.
