Rearrange the IDs, that was probably your issue. You mentioned you got Morph. That doesn't work with Blood Magic afaik.

It's awesome, there are tardises that are replicas of the ones on the show (11's even has the swimming pool) and you can use the tardis to travel to places like Galifrey or Skaro. There are a ton of monsters (silence, loads of daleks, cybermen, ect), working sonic screwdrivers, time vortex manipulators that send you to previous versions of Minecraft, and a bunch of other stuff.
