I'm still playing beta 1.7.3, which will turn five years old in about a month. It's still the most beautiful version of the game in terms of terrain generation.

Yeah, thinking back to those days before all the changes of the game is comforting. I'm glad the mods still exist.

I'm going to make a modded world for that version with planes, aether (I have it for beta 1.7.3), sky dimension, minegunner, and no shortage of other gameplay mods.
It's going to be great.
