What application/thing should I use for making my own skins? I've always wanted to make one (and stop downloading skins because sometimes I don't find what i need ahgahghags)
I have paint.net atm, is that good enough for making my own skin?

Paint dot net is a good pixel art tool in general, but I personally use http://needcoolshoes.com to make my skins.
