Its one Admin only and two its not some sort of kill script its used for moving people out the way or simply having fun with velocity, not for killing.

Admins could easily abuse this. You can kill someone so easy. And moveing someone out of the way is what the admin wand is for.

It isn't even abusive because of killing.
It's abusive because you can just keep sending players flying relentlessly.  Have you ever been continually stunned over and over again by someone, without the chance to get up?  That's what this would be like.
