Sorry but you have to pay to go to college and it does not fall under the plan. Public schools only k-12

Obama is a socialist!
Not a nationalist though.

Was FDR a socialist? No.
Is Obama a socialist? No.
And he may not be a complete nationalist, but the stereotype of American nationalism is a redneck man living in a trailer who is always shooting his guns and saying " This here is uh-mare-ey-ka!" and I'm pretty sure the President of the United States wouldn't be a hick, nationalist or not.

No, we can finish at 16 if we wish, although a new law is going to be passed where education is compulsory for under 18s.

I think this is the worst idea ever thought to process into someones brain. wanna talk about torchor this  would be like rotting in educational jail!!!!

Judging by the way you spell, you ought to be put in school year-round.

If they go that, they should allow some of us who are gifted to get ahead.  It wouldn't make any difference to me though because I'm a senior next year.  But honestly, treating every student equally is the worst idea the administration ever came up with.  Every student is not equal and that is very clear to anyone who has passed elementary school.  I believe that changes need to be made but more school is not the only answer.  AP and honors classes offer chances for the smarter people to get ahead but students who fall behind never really fall behind even though they should remain at a grade level until they are damn well ready to proceed.  It might motive some people anyway.  If you don't want to repeat a year, you damn well better know your stuff.

I completely agree with you. This every child is equal stuff is horrendous. Everyone learns at his or her own pace, and I shouldn't be denied better classes if I'm ahead because one person is not learning at the same pace as me.

IQ differences off Hurrrrrr - wtf genius in every school...
