Kingdom Hearts: The little mermaid level.
The shark were unkillable. Not really scary. Just made me never want to go in underwater levels for fear of dying.

super mario 64 was terrifying as a little kid

especially the eel, as previously mentioned.

one of the other creatures in sm64 that i was terrified of were those loving jumping spider things in the other underwater map

I cannot go to the underwater shark tank anymore at Ripleys Believe it or not aquarium.
The foggy waters wayyyy towards the back of the tank scares me for fear that a gargantuan shark might swim outta there and drown us all.

The shark is still loving there :c
