I'm under the assumption that it's already been microwaved a tad.

Even the most minor microwaving can completely destroy you from the inside out.

It looks alive to me.  If they wanted a picture of the time they microwaved their infant, why not take it during the actual microwaving process? They probably just set the kid there trying to take a harmless picture of how small it is and how cute it is that it can fit into small spaces.

No. Microwaves induce high currents and heat things up. Before you edited it, you compared it to a nuclear bomb if I remember correctly. Nuclear bombs destroy your cells and DNA. a microwave does not.

The only thing of note is the way its hair is sticking up, which I'd attribute to its clothing. Sure, there have been cases of microwaves killing organisms, but don't automatically assume the worst.
