you know that pictochat is pretty much an animation software built into the DS? you can animate with it. thats all i use it for :P but yeah, it looks more advanced than picto animating, and you can add color... and save it... i wouldnt spend mroe than 3 bucks on it

I know. but it's not really all that great and the drawing area is so small

Also, Pictochat can not save stuff as GIFS and doesn't even let you save animations. This gives you the full bottom screen to work with, and a stuff load of neat tools.
