I don't know much about this Lego-online game you are talking about but...
If its an actual Lego-endorsed game, then they will have a lot more money to spend on the game than Badspot does, and of course will be able to feature a lot more in their game, because it is Lego, and not Eric Hartman's Blockland.
You should also understand that it is high probability that this Lego game uses a very different game engine than Torque, and therefore does not simply use some torque-scripting to put it all together.
Just because game developers from another game can do something, doesn't mean Blockland modders can produce the same stuff here.
