Hm, that might be why I got slow connections...

Kind of. The crashing was narrowed down to some debug code hanging around which I've removed but haven't had the time to test.

I'm busy for the next week or so with another more important (unrelated) project.

But its still narrowed down, so that's positive.

Just a little question!

Do Beta testers get premium? Or Not?.

There is no RTB Premium yet.

There is no RTB Premium yet.

I Mean your gonna have a list of the beta testers somewhere, when RTB Premium comes will you make their accounts Premium?.

Beta testers will get premium if they pay for it.

There is no reward for being a beta tester.

There is no reward for being a beta tester.

Except to test the beta.

I said that, but Ephailtes deleted my post for no reason.

Guess you'll have to delete Wedge's post for no reason, too.

Premium shouldn't be included in, nor rewarded for the beta.

We would need to be able to test all the full features, and well, it's already a reward itself to get a taste of the new RTB.

Progress train is back on track
I did some work this weekend ensuring the stability of the alpha and found two torque-related crash bugs and sorted out a work-around for these. The main things left now are getting the beta system to work (there's a bunch of jazz to make sure you can use trac when you apply for beta) and sorting out a way to access the chat client since it's just a console command at the moment. I may key-bind it but further down the line it'll become part of this cool overlay thing.

Are those Torque-Related Crash Bugs fixable? (AKA, in the next Blockland version, you won't need to use workarounds?) Just wondering, since "workaround" can be an ugly word sometimes.
