IRC Notifier?
Yeah. That's very useful. Will RTB Connect have something like that?

Is that a serious question?

Server location data is now relayed as part of a player's "presence" data. This will store and send data about the type of server, and if applicable then the ip and port. A player's status will show whether they're in Singleplayer, Hosting/playing on a LAN server or Hosting/playing on a web server. You can only use the join functionality if it's a web server - I don't really want to mess around with getting LAN to work too.

At the moment there's a slightly annoying issue with joining people's servers from the client as it's not possible to tell immediately whether the server requires a password or not. I'm going to either have to force another request to be made to the chat server to check this, or just make an api call. Either way it's annoying but manageable.

As i know there is going to be a registration system,if someone adds a friend wich is not rtb user is there a possibility to be added on list?

Once you open RTB Connect for the first time it will register a new account for you automatically. You can't invite people who don't have an account.

Is it possible to loose an account? Can you register an account with a name if somebody has taken it?

Also for later versions of RTB, I recommend putting an enable content downloading option in the Private Section of the Download System... This'd be useful when there are guis/a lot of files in an add-on which you don't want to release and will work better than giving a player a link to the content on MediaFire, which most probably, they won't download.

Accounts are registered by Blockland ID and inherit whatever name you use on Blockland. Each time you change your name on Blockland it will update your RTB Connect account.

Will this be a problem with users which have characters such as "!, $, %, =" in their name? I'm just curious becuase there is somebody on Blockland named !General!, and every time he logs on to the IRC it removes those characters...

This chat system is very different to IRC - it allows any name which the Blockland auth system allows.

I host a server on a different computer in my house, and I connect to it through LAN, but it is a Web server. Would that have problems with it? Will players not be able to connect threw me?

Including symbols such as: «, », ¤, ©, å, ê, §, ®?

There's some clever logic that happens within the Chat Server to determine whether the LAN server you're playing on is an Internet server or not - so players will still be able to join it.

Thing that sucks with the IRC, you can change your username to impersonate anyone, which leads to drama, you know the drill.

Good thing this doesn't give that option. I hope :C
