The ping time between the RTB server and a Blockland server is probably quite a useless metric for people because the ping is specific to their connection. While the RTB server may have a ping of 30 or something, they may actually get 300.

How about a 'loadbricks()' console command?

I don't know if this is still possible as of the UPnP update, but can you show if the server is dead?

The thing I'm looking forward to most is checking what server your friends are on. c:

No April fools this year D: ?

Rotondo's BL_ID isnt 102 its 103 , Nitramtj is 102...

Why isn't RTB a mandatory yet?

I think I wrote a post about this before, but it just wouldn't make sense. If people want RTB they should get it themselves. It looks like there's enough people persuading others to get it anyway.

Really, because I don't see it.
I think that would be an issue on your end then, not ours. Our statistics show a growth of about 10 new players per day for the past 24 days. We don't really know what fraction this is of the true number of new players though. If you go by account registrations on the Blockland forums in the past 24 days (560), for every 2.3 members that register on the forums, we grow by 1 user. Of course, not everyone who buys Blockland registers for an account on the forums, nor does everyone who registers on these forums own a copy of Blockland (keys still aren't required to register). But considering our primary means of raising awareness is through these forums, it gives you a general idea of the effectiveness of the promotion of RTB. 2.3:1 isn't a bad ratio, considering the amount of effort put into it, and if we did put more effort into it I don't really know if we could do much better. Maybe drop it down to 1.8:1? I'm just guessing here.

Also, I have been seeing a lot of hate towards RTB lately. Care to explain?
How about you just ask them?

Lol post delete.

Killer, honestly, just stop suggesting things that are oblivious to what RTB 4 will include. Suggest stuff like Customizable color scheme for RTB Connect.

I think the pref for the player limit should be a text box instead of a drop-down button. Could that be implemented?

That could be done with a (somewhat hack of a) mod. Anyways, you should be talking to Badspot about this, not Ephi. Badspot made the limit in the first place.

Console commands get around that. RTB changes it to 1 when you update prefs. if you use said command.

Why must it be limited at 32?

I'm expecting that there may be a valid argument as to why it's 32.

If I register an RTB pref, then change that pref via my own GUI or console, the change isn't reflected in RTB. RTB still shows the old value. Could you please make it so that RTB updates the prefs in Server Control every time it's opened?
