I was also thinking of a decrease in the wanted level necessary for the DA to place a bounty/having the DA scale the bounty based on wanted level.

I'll shoot him a text if he doesn't show any activity by tomorrow. There's been certain complications he has to deal with at the moment, besides the fact that it's also the holidays and he might not even be home.
