I call this the P-10 Windcarver.
Instead of being propelled by propellant people use in most bullets, They use a small energy charge that propells the bullet by a tenfold of what guass rifles can do. The small exhaust holes allow the Windcarver to have little to no recoil. The bad side about this gun is the fact that it jams a rediculous amount of times; usually near all the exaust holes. Fortunately, there are access opening to reach in and grab the bullet. Though, without cover you may not survive while unjamming your gun.
