Yeah it is, especially with how relatively new EU Mabi is. I think I can safely say I know a lot more about Mabi that anyone else on this topic. Even the shorter than normal gap between G10 and G11 (2 months instead of 3 months) for NA caused some disappointment.
There's also a tonforget of new skills being released in these generations, with no time to rank them. Final hit, ice spear, elf and giant transformation skills, elf and giant specific skills (final shot, mirage missile, stomp, wind guard, taunt, and throwing attack), magic shields (natural, ice, fire, and lightning) mana shield, blaze, all the alchemy skills (alchemy mastery, barrier spikes, flame burst, fragmentation, frozen blast, life drain, mana crystallization, metal conversion, rain casting, sand burst, shock, summon golem, synthesis, water cannon, and wind blast), and the demigod skills, as well as a lot of skill cap raises (first aid, composing, music knowledge, rest, campfire, cooking, meditation) and cap removals (magic mastery, production mastery, maybe some combat skills might still be capped).
So? So what? Why is that bad?
Read up on what
Royal Alchemists if you don't know already. If you don't want to, I'll summarize it for you. It's basically a way of rewarding serious alchemists, giving them even better damage through enchants. There are only 100 per server, and only the best are chosen, meaning you have to actually work for it to get it. With no time between the release of alchemy and Royal Alchemists, there won't be any serious alchemists, instead it will be whoever can get to the required alchemy mastery rank first, and then luck of the draw 100. On top of that it's easier to stay Royal Alchemist than it is to earn it the first time, meaning the initial winners will probably keep it for a while.
