Yeah, we really need to work on that... I do not approve the new USSR acceptance policy. Any 2 members can just recruit someone without a leader's permission... right....

Just so you are aware, no one was accepted this way. It was pretty much a decision of the leaders to make.

I think the only people accepted during that period were me and store.  I was accepted by 2(3?) leaders, and I have no clue how store got in.
