GMOD Crashes when I start it up

if you have a intel integrated card you cannot run gmod and that error will come up

Well, it appears whenever I launch my recently bought GMOD, is will crash and give me the old "hl2.exe is not responding." Then that Vista stuff about searching for a solution. Yes, I have Vista. Usually, it has that little loading screen with John Freeman putting a cone over G-man. What do you think is wrong? Is it because of vista? I suspect that the whole "not responding" thing happens because it is loading and not moving, and maybe if I reached the Steam Community through it, it'd sense activity. But I can't access steam during the loading.

This happend to me when it first finished downloading, 3 Things could be making it crash 1.Your Computer doesnt meet the requirements 2.You have not got a source engine (Check the list on the garry's mod page) 3.You have not finished downloading either the source engine or Gmod.

You were probably stupid enough to download an addon which was a lie. Messing up your gmod causeing it to crash each time you start it up. Like L4D.

forget. I recently lowered my TF2 settings, and now it won't start up. forget nuggets. My only choice is a refund or a new video card. I wonder if I can change the graphics options from the steam folder.
