I know they switched the states they live in but common! a guy who looks mexican in a birhgt white suit? How does that even fit zombie survival? Plus they look nothing like the old survivors :/ Exept from Louis :/ But there all in bright clean clothes when a zombie survival is happening I mean, How is that possible? Reply.

You can't play the sequel of a game, that's set in an entirely different place, with the same people. It would make absolutely no sense. What you're saying is that you want the exact same game, pretty much. New characaters means new game. Get used to it.

I liked the old survivors, and I'm just as used to them as you are. But when you really look at it, does it really matter who your playing as? I'm sure, within a few weeks of L4D2's release, there will be a ton of memes about the new survivors to.


And there's probably going to be some vague references or cameos to the old survivors anyway.

Eh, it will keep the game fresh.  If they used the same characters from one to two, every squeal they may do after number two it would be harder and harder to change the characters.  Though they may keep it fresh for one or two more games using the original characters, different characters each time allow for more variety and can help the game from becoming stale.
