So you called your ship the same as a crashed blimp.
That's motivating.
You are obviously missing my theme here. Famous ship disasters. RMS Titanic, SS Edmund Fitzgerald, Hindenburg...look em up. It's an homage to the ships that never lasted too long. That and I want to rid the curse from the names. Amusingly, the USS Titanic has a raming option where I can ram into ships and cause them serious damage (as well as myself) So that couldn't be a more appropriate name. ;)

But yes, the most often asked questions and statements I get are "You run into any ice burgs/asteroids lately?" or "You DO know that ship sank/blew up...right?" One guy took it in stride and asked me how many escape pods I had. I told him about three. That should be more than enough for a 600-800 person crew. Then went on to discuss my captain's yacht (That aforementioned runabout the Hindenburg) and how we forgot to stock shuttles at the last star base I was at. Very amusing conversation to say the least.

well how many enterprises are there in game?
almost all of the tv and movie ones got destroyed.

Which is why they could name a new one, the previous one was destroyed. No conflict of titles. As for the many enterprises in the game...Unoriginal lazy people.

Good lord yuck! lol I'm surprised no one has tried "Enter-her-prize" yet

On that note, I think I will have to ask people what ships they found to have amusing names. I've seen a couple but one that I remember was the USS PewPewPew, the USS Omnomnomnom, the USS richard Chenny.

People are weird.

that chainsawsuit comic.

chainsaw suit comic? was the the ship's name or a reference I don't get. lol

But one must wonder why an admiral is still flying a Tier 3 ship...

Nostalgia in my case. I love my Akira class ship a lot and if I need a quick turning ship other than the behemoths of Tier 5, then you bet your butt I'll be going for the one that can turn on a dime.

Like I said, they need to let you upgrade the lower-tiered ships so they keep their appearance but gain the abilities of the higher-tiered ships. I like the way the Destiny-class looks, but there's just so much unneeded crap on it. I'd much rather have a Tier 5 Intrepid.

Intrepid is a tier four I thought.

T1: Miranda, Centaur, ShiKahr
T2: Nova, Constitution, Saber (counting their interchangeable variants)
T3: Akira, Cheyanne, Olympic (and variants)
T4: Defiant, Galaxy, Intrepid (ditto)
T5: Prometheus, Sovereign, Luna, and other not so pretty classes (double ditto)

I know it is, I meant that I want an Intrepid that acts like a Tier 5 ship, with more slots and stuff.
