Just went on Littlebigplanet.com and went on pirates of the carribean DLC and it said the DLC gives water for create mode, so be prepared to waste some money.

Look, they're coding in something pretty big here.  It probably requires some engine changes.  A TF2 class update doesn't compare to adding a big new feature.

That and all the complaints I've seen in the comments on their site about water not being released/worked on. More revenge for MM :D
