The number one current mod creation style. Grab RTB and shove a new background. Forget about the help files people never go on them. Bogus mods never change them, so I find it funny to check.

What do you mean by vehicle spawns?  Vehicles spawned on the map?

& I wanna see the buttons. :D

You place a brick, and choose what kind of vehicle spawns there. This vehicle is yours, and only people who you give permission to can get in them. If you lose your vehicle, you head over to your spawn, hit it with the wrench, and respawn your vehicle.
