I'll say get SA and manage to get VC in a free way.

I got SA in a free way, but it was cause a friend was done with his copy and gave it to me :D

Vice City.

I say VC because, if you haven't played either VC or SA, you might as well go with the earlier one, just to know that most people who played SA played VC before, and experienced it's wonders.  Vice City was awesome because it's set in the 80's.  With 80's music and vibe, great story it's just an awesome experience.  And you can always get SA later.

Oh, and Tommy Vercetti is the man.

Oh, I've played both years ago on PS2.

Though, I only played VC for about an hour, and SA I never got to complete. If I get enough money soon, I might aswell just buy both.
