You installed it wrong. Redownload them and make sure you're saving them with the right names "Weapon_Package_Tier1.zip" "Weapon_Package_Tier1a.zip" "Weapon_Package_Tier2.zip"

oh i didn't see that

the crossbow thing is looking good. but, the LMG doesn't slow you down while you're firing it and the crossbow doesn't slow you down while you reload it

i know i never requested the second one but you should probably work that in :D
