So no, your bans are not due to chat spamming.  You know what you did.  Don't try to play it off as though you're unaware.  You reap what you sow, bud.

I know the odds were stacked against me from the moment I made this topic, and I'm not trying to defend myself at all. I already have my answer. Your demonizing me is pretty much derailment from the original point of this.

Nobody gives a stuff if you've changed or not, you're not obligated to another chance after attacking servers. If you have a problem with it, I guess that's just too bad.

Please, state one example of me asking for 'another chance after attacking servers'

Oh, and change servers to singular, because I got banned for attacking one server. Specifically with teamchat spam.

The hacking bullstuff is old and I got revoked for it already. Since then i've dropped the tasteless act and tried to maintain a good reputation. I prefer not to be regarded for that.

Being blacklisted from tezuni's server had absolutely nothing to do with that at all. I wish to not dig up old wounds.

As for the bans, I guess it's all centered around the team chat spam, so I have my answer.

Well I can answer why you were banned from my servers - for attacking other servers.  My super admins and I received an e-mail report, with pictures of you abusing a team chat bug, spamming one of those city rpgs to the point of solid lag, which cause a lot of people to drop, and may have even crashed it.  This was also verified by a few others. 

As for people talking about bans on my server in general, the staff are kept on a pretty tight ship with no excuse for abusive banning.  People are encouraged to report that with photo evidence, which I almost never receive.  Also the blacklist is exclusively managed by two people.  So, no, contrary to popular opinion people aren't randomly banned 'for no reason' from my servers (that's my favorite and the most common complaint). 

The Teamchat spam was a completely unrelated offense and I got banned from that server in particular. I understood why I was banned from there which is why I did not bring it up. In terms of your server, I haven't broken any rules ever. I can understand why you would blacklist me for being a problem user, but this is only one account of basically for looping a teamchat function as a joke. In my opinion it would be justified if I had a history of doing stupid stuff like that, but it was a one time offense.

I care a bit about being banned from Tezuni's primarily because I often play on the server. I try to avoid getting wrapped up in all the admin/user conflicts and just enjoy the game for what it is.

Ah you're Mustang? I remember kicking you at least twice from Tezuni's for stretching/breaking rules and prying for attention quite a long while ago. I don't remember the details though and I never banned you.

Poor kid wasn't even doing much, just talking a lot. And call me a handicap, but those last two reasons don't really look like reasons... Maybe I'm just a handicap.




Just before shutting down the server, his/her majesty decided to give everybody a polite farewell.
Maybe i'm being a bit irrational. I mean, how dumb am I, joining a server titled Fang The Gamer's ADMIN and not expecting this stuff to go down.

I can understand that Tezuni's server has somewhat unstable/poor administration, but my blacklist just came out of the blue. There was no prompt, no reason, nothing to even remotely hint that I should be punished. I've maintained good standing with most of the staff as well. Normally, I wouldn't be concerned at all, but then there's panpour's.

Regardless of the server being run by children, why would I randomly be banned? I'm dead serious, I didn't really say anything to warrant it. I did nothing on the server. I walked around, talked to some people, and left. Being banned for that isn't normal at all.

I haven't ever been on Bossbattle's server before. I joined it for the first time, and found myself banned.

Chao's RPG whatever it is, I also joined it for the second time and found myself permanently banned. I'm beginning to wonder if something is going on client-sided that's resulting in my connection being denied on these particular servers, but there might be something more concerning going on. Thank you for the response though.

So far since I've created this account i've managed to hold a good reputation in terms of interactions with other users and rules. However, i'm starting to notice a few odd bans from different servers, usually the top of the list in terms of players per day.

Permanently Banned from Tezuni's Jail Escape - "BLACKLISTED"
(I know this isn't a top priority server imo, but it does worry me that i'm suddenly blacklisted for reasons I do not even understand. No rules violated)

Permanently Banned from Panpour5's City RPG - " "
(I legit checked this out for a couple minutes, disconnected, and went back on, to find myself permanently banned with no reason specified. I never violated any rules whatsoever)


There are a few more, such as Bossbattle's, Chao etc. As soon as I noticed that i've been banned from quite a few servers, I checked the Drama board to see if somebody had beef on me or something.

Nothing.

Does anybody with inside knowledge of this matter have anything to say about this? Is there the possibility that somebody might be using my account and doing things?

My in-game name is Phanto, just in case anybody is wondering. I know this isn't typical drama, as in me having a problem with somebody, but it does pertain to somebody having a problem with me.

this reminds me of borderlands i swear i'm not obsessed with borderlands with the weapon tiers and different stats, but they seem pretty unbalanced rn

really no point in using antique when western is just a better version
same thing with contemporary and ultramodern, why use contemporary when ultramodern is just a more balanced version? they should all have something unique to make them worth using over just ultramodern and western

i.e, contemporary should start firing faster as it shoots and have large ammo clips (assuming from the shotgun image they have large ammo capacity) but of course have long reloads and low-er damage instead of just "good everything bad fire rate"

other then that the weapons look great, i love the antique rifle carbine

Whatever buffs/debuffs I wrote on the OP are not set and stone. I'm still working out appropriate balancing for the classes.

My goal is to have every single weapon perfectly balanced among their respective weapon type (Pistols, SMGS, etc.)

Most classes will have their own buff and a mirror debuff. However, there are more classes than there are buffs, so a few might be more 'extreme' balances of previous classes. A good example is the current western/antique class relationship.

You say that 'if the western has better damage than the antique, why not use that instead?'

In the final version, the western's stats might be entirely different, but the way it is now, western will have a higher damage and fire rate altogether, compared to the antique, but will suffer from low clip size, and very low accuracy/range. The Antique will have somewhat high damage, but its other stats won't be as bad as the western.

This is how I hope to balance it.
