You realize that he is basing his opinions on the view of a six year old years ago and that of someone today who plays with most random events disabled, right. Him saying "i think they should remove random events" is like someone walking into an icecream parlor and saying "i think they should remove chocolate icecream" when that person has only been to the shop twice, with a seven year gap between visits.

you do know that you can't get randoms in minigame or quest areas, right? and even if you're chatting with friends, stopping for a few seconds do run through a maze or operate a crane doesn't take that much effort. hell, the most common minigames just ask you which loving object isn't a fish or something.

The majority of the time spent doing quests is usually spent in the normal RuneScape areas where randoms could affect you and get in the way. The common randoms weren't a problem, but having a maze all too frequently whilst travelling from place to place was so annoying.

As for the pretty terrible brown townogy you just made up, it doesn't make any difference how long you've played the game for. It doesn't take long to have experienced all of the random events. What's wrong with wanting to remove chocolate icecream? I would happily walk into a shop and request the removal of chocolate icecream I didn't like 7 years ago which was still there.

Not true, when you're young they do blood tests on basic foods and chemicals to see if you're alergic. Also, you'll notice I said " and you know you're allergic."
