Edit: I like idea 2. A lot. 1 seems too similar and 3 just seems empty and boring. 2 changes things up from the usual off-white campus style.

I like idea 3 the least. It just looks... Boring... And empty. I need something more boxed in or at least something with a terrain like 2. Even if I have to build it myself...
